Team - Yesica

Founder and CEO

Yesica is the founder of Immigration Paralegals. She began working as a paralegal, assisting immigration attorneys in-office and remotely. During this experience, she connected with some incredible attorneys who care deeply for their clients, and who became not just her mentors, but family. She also observed numerous case preparation methods, often scattered and inconsistent, and the difficulty attorneys can face in training new staff members while trying to maintain the flow of their practice. Yesica is a natural entrepreneur, and through these observations, she recognized the need to create a system of efficient office procedures as well as provide readily accessible high-quality legal assistance. And so, the idea of Immigration Paralegals was born.
