⚡️ In this video, I wanted to share a little bit about our team and our level of expertise, since it is a common question.
⚡️ We have all worked in an office setting before. We’ve all worked in a firm. We understand what you’re going through. We understand the struggles, the day-to-day tasks, and how much time they take, which really takes away from the focus of the case preparation process.
⚡️ What we do, is we’re able to hone in that skill that we possess as a paralegal and our experience, and just focus on the case preparation process of a case, doing the follow-ups with the client, establishing the trust factor between your firm and the client by communicating, offering great customer service.
⚡️ And then we bring in our level of expertise. We all have between five to ten years of experience, specifically in immigration. So when you send a case to us, we know exactly what to do. We know steps 1 2 3 4 5 until we get that case packet ready for you to just review, print it, sign it, file it.
⚡️ And we can do it in a quick manner because we’re able to focus on just the case prep aspect of a case.
⚡️ We also like to work on a team basis, so we want to communicate with you. If it’s a complicated case, we want to have a conversation with you so that we understand what’s going on with the case.
⚡️ We get that bird’s eye view, and then we can really hone in on the details of why we’re doing what we’re doing.
⚡️ We will also communicate with you about any sort of red flag, or anything that came up. We want to communicate that to you so that you are aware of anything that maybe the client didn’t share with you.
⚡️ And all of our paralegals are US based, and we all speak English and Spanish fluently.
