Yesica S. - Founder & CEO
Yesica Sierra is the founder of Immigration Paralegals. Her journey began in the trenches working as an immigration paralegal. There, she witnessed the compassion attorneys bring to their clients and the operational complexities that can hold them back.
Throughout her career, Yesica partnered closely with attorneys who became mentors and lifelong friends. She also saw the common challenges attorneys face: fragmented case preparation systems, the strain of onboarding new staff, and the constant pressure to keep up with caseloads while running a practice.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for efficiency, Yesica launched Immigration Paralegals to offer a better way. Her mission: to deliver seamless, high-quality case preparation services that help immigration law firms grow—without the stress of hiring in-house.
Today, Yesica leads a team known for accuracy, care, and reliability—helping attorneys reduce burnout, increase client capacity, and reclaim peace of mind.

Hi, I’m Denise, a bilingual English and Spanish paralegal with a focus on family-based immigration since 2018.
My passion for this field is deeply rooted in my personal experiences as a member of an immigrant family.
This background, along with my extensive education, has given me a strong sense of empathy and a deep commitment to helping others navigate the complexities of the immigration process.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, exploring new coffee shops, and spending quality time with my family.

Hi, I'm Elisabel, a bilingual English and Spanish paralegal specializing in family-based immigration and removal since 2018.
As an immigrant, I leverage my empathy and compassion to effectively support our clients.
My expertise spans Adjustment of Status, family petitions, VAWA, waivers, TPS, asylum, and EOIR-42B cases.
I'm eager to use my skills to help our clients achieve their goals. Outside the office, I enjoy reading, traveling, and I'm a big Disney fan.

Beyond my professional life, I enjoy reading, watching reality TV, attending sporting events, and concerts.
I love playing with my dogs, Jojo and Henry, and spending quality time with family and friends.
